If you don’t like an item or want to exchange it for a different size, don’t worry. You have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return or exchange it.
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If you wish to return an item due to a defect, we will cover the shipping costs and provide you with a discount voucher of equal value in our store as compensation.
If you wish to return an item due to a size change or simply because you’ve changed your mind, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Important information:
All returned items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and must retain their original packaging and tags intact. If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, the following penalties will apply:
Removed or damaged tags: 10% of the item’s value.
Missing or damaged brand packaging or packaging: 10% of the item’s value.
Damaged items or items showing signs of wear: 90% of the item’s value.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
